Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days, depending on your country and city. International deliveries outside our primary shipping zones may take longer.
Shipping costs. Free shipping is currently offered on this order as part of our launch promotion; this may change without prior notice for future orders.
Customs, duties, and taxes. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated at checkout (for example, if Delivered Duty Paid is enabled for your Market). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact lumihair3@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
